Why This Conference Exists

Most law firms aren't struggling because they lack ambition — they're struggling because the gap between generating leads and collecting revenue has quietly widened.

Marketing spend goes up while conversion stays flat. Hours disappear into work a system could handle. And AI, for all the noise around it, feels like one more thing to figure out rather than a tool that's already working for you. Leadflow to Cashflow exists to close that gap. This conference was built for firm owners facing:

  • Leads that fail to convert into paying clients
  • Inconsistent revenue despite strong marketing spend
  • Manual processes eating hours that AI could give back
  • Owners who know AI matters but don't know where to start
  • Teams unsure how to use AI without risking client confidentiality

Three Tracks. One Transformation.

Advice that's right for a $6M firm can wreck a $500K firm. That's why Leadflow to Cashflow runs three parallel tracks, same event, same energy, three very different sets of problems being solved in real time. Three tracks, each built for a specific stage — so you leave with a plan you can actually run.

The Scale
Room

Enterprise firms ($2–$6M+) with a leadership team in place. Advanced AI integration, executive dashboards, and mastermind-level strategy with peers at your altitude.

The Growth
Room

Firms in the $800K–$1.5M build phase, adding first key hires. Practical, buildable AI systems you can implement Monday morning.

The Foundations
Room

Solo and near-solo firms around $500K. Plain-language AI tool setup that lets a lean team do more without burning out.

Testimonials

Hear from law firm owners who have attended Law Firm Mentor events and experienced the impact of implementing stronger marketing, sales, and operational systems.

I have gained a lot in the short period of time

I feel like I have gained a lot in the short period of time with respect to working on the things, fixing the things that we need to do, being able to take the actions that I need to take, and having the confidence to be able to continue...I just finished telling my coach that hopefully by the next retreat, I'll have an associate attorney working for me.

- Farrah Kamal
Law Firm Owner

Really resonates with me

I would say that the most impactful moment of the retreat for me has been the realization that I need to hire an intake person. I'd say secondarily to that was where we talked about building a law firm using AI, technology, and systems. That really resonates with me.

- Jim Hart
Law Firm Owner

To anyone considering coaching or attending a retreat, I'd say do it

To anyone considering coaching or attending a retreat, I'd say do it. There is only so much you can get from a template...To have LFM and a coach to say, 'This is what I'm thinking about, but I don't really know how to do it. I don't understand how this works. I don't understand how to implement it.' And to then get that one-on-one feedback, that made a big difference.

- Nicole Hull
Law Firm Owner

Frequently Asked Questions

Do prospects need an invitation?

No. Anyone can register for the conference. The Thursday Prospect Discovery Session is invite-only — an informal sit-down with the coaches and the Law Firm Mentor story, no pitch — but the main program is open to any firm owner who wants in.

What should I bring?

A laptop, especially if you're in the AI Jumpstart Workshop or any Apply-It-Now Lab — those sessions are hands-on, and you'll be setting tools up on your own device in the room. Bring your firm's current numbers too if you have them handy; several sessions ask you to work from real data rather than hypotheticals.

Will sessions be recorded?

General session content is recorded and available to attendees after the event. Breakouts are not — the hot seats and Apply-It-Now labs depend on people speaking freely about their own firms.

How do I know which track is right for me?

Pick by where your firm is today, not where you're headed.

  • The Scale Room — $2M+ with a leadership team already in place. Advanced AI integration, executive dashboards, and mastermind-level strategy with peers at your altitude.
  • The Growth Room — roughly $800K–$1.5M, adding your first key hires. Practical, buildable systems you can implement Monday morning.
  • The [Foundations] Room — solo and near-solo firms around $500K. Plain-language tool setup that lets a lean team do more without burning out.

Not sure? Choose the room that matches your revenue and team size, and you'll be in the right place. You can switch tracks on site if a session in another room fits your situation better — nothing is locked at registration. If you have any questions please book a call with one of our Growth Strategists

Can I upgrade to VIP after I register?

Yes. Come back to this page and add the VIP pass any time, or email clientservices@lawfirmmentor.net and we'll take care of it for you.

What's the dress code?

Business casual — but nobody's checking. Wear what you'll be comfortable sitting in for two days, and bring a layer. Conference rooms run cold no matter how nicely we ask.
