Systematize Your Law Business VIRTUAL is a two-day training and coaching experience where law firm owners and their teams will learn the process of building and improving policies, procedures and systems necessary in every law firm business, but in particular, drafting those procedures that will most effectively move the needle of law firm revenue growth and profit, and lay the groundwork to have a business that runs with machine-like precision.

This program is designed to be interactive. Law firm owners will walk through the process of creating iron-clad systems, designing the culture of his/her dreams – whether that involves the Owner handling only legal work and hiring out administrative functions, or the Owner handling no legal work and only serving as a mentor and manager. It all starts with designing the Owner’s heart’s desire, and creating the processes that will enable the Owner to bring that dream culture into fruition.

Law firm owners will learn how to escape the drudgery of repeating themselves over and over again to staff who don’t seem to “get” or “remember” what’s been said, or who outright refuse to follow policies and procedures. We’ll walk through a step by step guide to enable administrative personnel to write, teach, train, improve, correct and revision all of the systems in the office that impact their respective roles – allowing even the most stubborn control freak to release the stranglehold he has on his team’s daily activities, assured in the knowledge that letting go is the best way to optimize results.
